Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Orders within UK are processed on the same day if order was made before 2pm. It will take 2-3 business days for order to arrive. We also offer express delivery option where order should be delivered next working day. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use Royal Mail for majority of orders, all orders are shipped via tracked delivery service. For heavier orders we use Parcelforce services.

We offer free shipping for all orders above £50. Free shipping is applied automatically on checkout when order basket will cross the £50 level.

Yes, we can exchange your product after it is returned back to us. Please remember to include your order details in returned package and write your exchange requirements on the note.

The most common mistake made by the purchases of plumbing supplies is picking wrong BSP size of plumbing fittings.

Whilst in UK and in Europe threaded connection sizes are normally provided in inches, these are not matching thread diameters.

To measure your thread and confirm its size, use a ruler or calliper to measure across the outside of the male thread. Note that a thread that measures 1/2 inch is not a 1/2 inch BSP thread. Thread measuring 1/2" (or approx. 16mm) is actually a 3/8" BSP thread. Thread measuring 3/4" (or approx. 21mm) is actually a 1/2" BSP thread. Similarly, a thread that measures 1" (or approx. 26mm) is actually a 3/4" BSP thread.
